About this project

One Crescent is an elite residential complex from the developer AHS Properties, located on the largest artificial island in the world – Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. This island, located in the Persian Gulf, is shaped like a palm tree and offers a unique lifestyle combining luxury, privacy and comfort. The building, which includes a ground floor and 9 levels, offers various housing options: a total of 25 exclusive residences, including penthouses, Sky Villas and two Sky Mansions. All residences have stunning views and private elevators that open directly into the living room. The interiors and halls of the complex were created in collaboration with the luxury Italian furniture brand Fendi Casa.
