About this project

Al Ghadeer Gardens 2 is a project by the developer Aldar Properties, located on the border of the emirates in the Al Layyan area in Abu Dhabi. Residential units are available in configurations with two or three bedrooms in townhouses and four bedrooms in villas. The architecture of the buildings is distinguished by restrained minimalism. The streets are designed with priority for pedestrians and are complemented by shaded avenues with planted trees. The interior finishing is executed in a modern style using natural materials, ensuring spaciousness and an abundance of natural lighting. The infrastructure features a community center, a swimming pool, a water slide, children's playgrounds, basketball and padel tennis courts, event lawns, and a landscaped garden with relaxation areas. There are two international airports nearby: 16 minutes to Al Maktoum Airport, and 35 minutes to Zayed National Airport. It is 45 minutes to Dubai International Airport, and 50 minutes to AUH City.
