Al Ghadeer Parks is a residential community by Aldar in Al Ghadeer, within the Seih Al Sedeirah masterplan between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The project comprises two parts — Al Ghadeer Parks 1 and Al Ghadeer Parks 2 — and features 453 two-storey residences: two- and three-bedroom townhouses and four-bedroom villas with and without pools. The architecture combines clean geometric volumes, light-coloured façades, panels in warm natural tones, and large windows. Generously proportioned open-plan interiors are designed around family life and offered in light and dark colour schemes. Finishes include porcelain tiles, timber-look laminate, and brushed nickel or bronze details. Amenities include a community centre, swimming pool, splash pad, children’s play area, and multi-sports area. Other amenities include an events lawn and desert stargazing lawns, while Al Ghadeer British School is located within the wider Al Ghadeer community. Al Maktoum International Airport is 16 minutes away, while Zayed International Airport and Yas Island are 30 minutes away. Abu Dhabi can be reached in 40 minutes, and Dubai International Airport in 45 minutes.
