The Row Saadiyat

About this project

The Row Saadiyat is a prestigious project by the developer Aldar Properties in the heart of Saadiyat Island. The complex offers 7 residential buildings, each with a ground floor and nine residential levels. The light-toned facades feature expansive panoramic windows and horizontal balconies, creating a feeling of lightness and airiness. Multi-level lighting lends the complex a sculptural effect in the evening. The collection of residences includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as options with a study and maid's quarters—all meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. The interiors are decorated in warm tones and tactile materials. The interiors, designed by Kettle Collective, combine calming natural textures, thoughtful functionality, and soft, diffused lighting. Residents of the complex have access to modern world-class services: cafes and restaurants, a spa and pet grooming service, walking trails, a coworking lounge and private club, boutique fitness studios. The Row Saadiyat is located in a unique cultural hub in the capital, just 7 minutes from the Sheikh Zayed National Museum, 12 minutes from the Natural History Museum and TEAMLAB Phenomena, and approximately 13 minutes from the Louvre Abu Dhabi and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, providing access to world-class exhibitions, architectural masterpieces, and inspiring spaces.
