About this project

Le Château is an iconic waterfront residence in Ras Al Khaimah, forming part of Evermore, a holistic coastal world with a thoughtful long-term vision. The residential complex is designed in a ground floor, thirty-one residential floors and a rooftop configuration and includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments inspired by the French philosophy of l'art de vivre. The building's exterior is sculpted in a soft spiral, inspired by the geometry of French gardens and classical composition. Balconies in white and bronze shades alternate in a controlled rhythm, combining privacy and openness, while integrated planters enhance the connection with nature. The interiors are characterized by light, balance, and understated elegance. The complex features gardens and sculpture courtyards, an infinity pool for adults, outdoor recreation and barbecue areas, a modern gym, a children's play area, and more.
