Binghatti Hillcrest is a project by the developer Binghatti, located in the Arjan community. The building consists of a basement level, a ground level, four residential floors, and a rooftop. The architecture reflects Binghatti’s signature style, emphasizing modern geometric facades and expressive lines. The light color palette highlights the project’s dynamic character, while the panoramic windows provide natural light and open views of the Arjan surroundings. The collection includes studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as commercial spaces. The interiors are designed with functionality and comfort in mind, featuring high-quality materials in neutral tones that create a cozy and harmonious atmosphere.
