Damac Islands 2 - Maui is a cluster by DAMAC Properties within Damac Islands 2, inspired by the natural diversity of the island of Maui. The architectural concept is based on a combination of light-colored façades, open spaces, and harmonious proportions. The residences create a distinctive yet visually light appearance that blends naturally into the community’s green surroundings. The project features four- and five-bedroom townhouses, five-bedroom twin villas, and six-bedroom villas. The interior design is focused on creating a family environment with spacious communal areas and thoughtfully organized living spaces. A combination of natural materials, soft textures, and light tones creates an atmosphere of tranquility and everyday comfort.
