Navitas Hotel & Residences is a multifunctional development by DAMAC Properties located in Damac Hills 2, combining residential and hotel components within a single concept. The complex consists of five buildings, each featuring a ground floor, a podium level, and thirteen residential floors. The exterior combines contemporary architecture, clean façade geometry, and distinctive vertical accents.
