About this project

Soto Grande is a residential complex by the developer Ellington Properties, located in the Al Hamra area, Ras Al Khaimah. The project consists of two towers with a shared ground floor. They rise to twenty-two and twenty-three residential floors and are topped with elegant roofs. The towers are connected by a bridge, located from the sixth to the tenth floor. This creates a unified architectural solution and allows for the placement of residential spaces within the bridge structure, thus creating unique layouts.
