The Residences at the Dubai Beach Edition are residential towers within a development by H&H Development, located in Dubai Harbour between the waterfront and its own private beach. Towers A and B, as well as C and D, are connected by a shared podium, forming two architectural groups. Each tower comprises a ground floor and eight residential floors. The buildings feature panoramic glazing, cascading landscaped terraces, and façades finished in natural timber and stone. The radial form of the towers ensures privacy and views of the beach and harbour. The project offers residences with 2–4 bedrooms. Interiors are designed by Rockwell Group and incorporate wood, travertine, and white marble, creating a harmonious blend of textures and light natural tones. Residents have access to a private beach, pools and terraces, a spa area, a yoga studio, and a modern gym, as well as a lounge area, a boardroom, and a children’s play area with access to Marina Promenade. Services include 24-hour concierge service and valet parking. Residents also have access to the hotel’s facilities and services. The development offers convenient access to Sheikh Zayed Road, providing quick connectivity to Dubai's key destinations.
