Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana Phase 2 is a project by Ohana Development along Yas Canal in Abu Dhabi, created in collaboration with Manchester City. The development comprises two- and three-bedroom townhouses, three-bedroom duplexes, and four- and five-bedroom villas, connected by landscaped green spaces. All residences comprise a ground floor and a first floor. The architecture follows a contemporary style, featuring light-toned façades, panoramic windows, and open terraces. Each layout includes living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and access to private gardens, while villas have private pools. At its heart is Manchester City Park, featuring walking paths and sports facilities.
