Malibu Villas

About this project

Malibu Villas is a residential community by RAK Properties, located in Mina Al Arab. The project embodies a resort-style waterfront lifestyle inspired by the atmosphere of the Californian coast, where wide white sandy beaches, natural landscapes, and a calm, relaxed ambiance create the feeling of a permanent holiday. The development features a collection of three- and four-bedroom villas and townhouses. The architecture is designed in a light coastal aesthetic, with an emphasis on open spaces, terraces, and a visual connection to the surrounding nature. Layouts are tailored for comfortable family living, offering spacious interiors, privacy, and functionality, along with private parking and landscaped outdoor areas. Residents benefit from the well-developed infrastructure of Mina Al Arab, including pristine beaches, walking paths, landscaped parks, and Oasis Walk — a green corridor for walks and leisure. The community also offers resort hotels, cafés and restaurants, boutiques, medical facilities, and everyday conveniences, as well as a range of recreational and sports facilities, including fitness areas and outdoor activities. The location provides access to key infrastructure and natural attractions of the emirate. The surroundings feature beaches, waterfront spaces, green areas, and public zones, creating a complete coastal living environment.
